Is the inspection really free? +

Yes — completely free, no strings attached. We inspect, photograph, and document your roof. If everything looks fine, we tell you that. If repairs or replacement are needed, we give you a written assessment and a quote. There is no obligation to hire us and no pressure.

What happens during the inspection? +

A Kingdom Konstruction team member arrives at the scheduled time, walks the roof, photographs all findings — damaged shingles, flashing, gutters, penetrations — and walks you through what was found before leaving. You receive a written report by email within 1 business day. The visit typically takes 15–30 minutes.

Do I need to be home during the inspection? +

Yes, someone 18 or older should be present. We want to walk you through our findings in person and answer your questions on the spot. For commercial properties, a property manager or facilities contact works fine.

What if I need to reschedule? +

No problem. Call us at (361) 244-1310 or reply to the text confirmation we send after booking. We will find a new slot that works for you. Same-day and next-day openings are often available.

What warranty does Kingdom Konstruction provide? +

Every installation carries a LIFETIME workmanship warranty covering defects, leaks, and labor — our standard, not a limited-year offer. Manufacturer material warranties (typically 30–50 years on architectural shingles) apply in addition. Both warranties transfer to a new owner if you sell.
