When you submit a bid request, free roof inspection request, or contact form, you provide information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project address, project type, and any details you include in the message field.

Cookies and Analytics

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect form functionality but will not prevent you from contacting us by phone.
SMS / Text Message Communications
Kingdom Konstruction operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospects who request a roof inspection, estimate, appointment, or project service. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS-consent box on one of our forms, replying YES to a confirmation text, or signing a service contract that includes SMS authorization, you give your prior express written consent to receive text messages from Kingdom Konstruction at the phone number you provided.
Program description
Kingdom Konstruction sends SMS messages related to your inspection booking, your estimate, your scheduled service, project status updates, and 1-to-1 customer-service replies. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages by SMS.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project — typically 1 to 10 messages between scheduling and project completion. Frequency is not recurring on a fixed cadence.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Kingdom Konstruction does not charge for the messages themselves; standard carrier rates from your provider apply to the messages you send to or receive from us.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will immediately stop sending text messages to your number. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive any more SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out at any time via our SMS unsubscribe page or by contacting us.
Help (HELP)
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, reply HELP to any message from Kingdom Konstruction. After you send HELP we will respond with a message including instructions to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile data sharing
Kingdom Konstruction will not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to provide the service you requested. The only information we share with our SMS service provider (Twilio) and your mobile carrier is the message content and your phone number, and only for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
How We Store and Share Information
Form submissions are sent by email to our internal team. We do not share your information with third parties except:
- Service providers we use to operate the website (web hosting, email, analytics)
- Insurance carriers, when you specifically ask us to handle a claim on your behalf
- When required by law, court order, or valid government request
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kingdomkonstruction.com with your request.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.
