Quick answers.
How does Kingdom handle my insurance claim?
We do a free pre-inspection to document damage with timestamped photos, then meet your insurance adjuster on the roof for the official inspection. If the adjuster's scope misses damage, we file a written supplement directly with your carrier — homeowners shouldn't fight that battle alone.
How long does the whole process take?
From first call to roof installed: typically 3-6 weeks. Carriers approve most TX hail claims in 7-21 days; once approved we schedule install within 5-10 business days.
What does it cost me?
Just your deductible. The pre-adjuster inspection is free. The supplement work is free. Code-required upgrades and any out-of-pocket extras are quoted separately and only with your written approval — never billed without you signing off first.
What if my claim was denied or underpaid?
Re-inspection. We come out with the original adjuster's scope in hand and document everything they missed. Then we file a formal supplement request — sometimes with our own engineering report attached. About 60% of "denied" claims we re-open get partially or fully approved on supplement.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed in Texas, BBB A+ accredited, $5M general liability + $1M workers' comp. UEI HALCFRK5J723. CAGE 0QLH1. We can email proof before the inspection if you'd like.
