Yes. Kingdom is affiliated with both NetVendor and RealPage — the two leading vendor-compliance platforms used by Texas's largest multi-family operators. If your portfolio uses either platform, we're already cleared in your system. No fresh compliance review needed before mobilizing.

What multi-family scopes do you handle?

Unit turnover and make-ready (paint, flooring, fixtures, appliance R&R), exterior renovation (siding, paint, parking lots, signage), full re-roofs (TPO, metal, shingle), structural repair, balcony and stairwell repair, drainage, capital improvement plans, common-area renovations, leasing center build-outs, and emergency restoration after storms.

How fast can you mobilize on a turnover project?

Standard turnover starts within 5–10 business days of a signed scope. Emergency turnovers can move in 48 hours. We mobilize across Texas — Houston, San Antonio, Austin, the Coastal Bend, and the Rio Grande Valley — and we keep dedicated multi-family crews so we don't pull from other project types when your portfolio needs us.

Do you handle insurance claims after multi-family storm events?

Yes. We work directly with your property's insurance carrier — handling adjustments, supplements, scope reconciliation, and approvals. Our goal is to take the carrier-side work off your asset manager's plate so the property gets restored without your team running the claim.

Do you bid by unit, by building, or fixed-fee for full-property scopes?

All three. Most PMCs prefer unit pricing for ongoing turnover and fixed-fee for defined capital projects. We can structure a master service agreement (MSA) covering both so each project just runs against your established pricing schedule.
