What does the roof score number mean? +

The score runs from 0 to 100. A score of 80 or above means your roof appears healthy with years of service remaining. Scores of 50–79 indicate moderate wear — repairs are likely needed in the next few years. Scores below 50 suggest significant deterioration and a replacement window of 1–3 years.

What types of photos work best? +

Clear daylight photos from ground level or a ladder work well. The AI looks for shingle condition, granule loss, sagging, staining, visible flashing, and ridge line integrity. You can upload up to 3 photos (JPG, PNG, or HEIC, up to 5 MB each).

Can I use the Roof Score for an insurance claim? +
